Return & Refund Policy


7-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
If your product isn’t the right fit, you can request a full refund or an exchange.


Free Reverse Pickup

We arrange doorstep reverse pickup for all eligible returns.
There are no return shipping charges for unused items.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • No signs of wear, scratches, or usage

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.


Exchange Policy

One free exchange is allowed per order.
Any additional exchange requests will be chargeable.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, you can request a replacement or full refund.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory showing the package opening and product condition.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.

The amount will be credited via UPI or bank transfer.


Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used
  • Tags are removed
  • No unboxing proof is provided for damage claims
  • Return request is made after 7 days
